ALCOHOL SOLD ON AND AFTER 10TH OF MAY 2024

 

Section 1

    1. These terms and conditions contain important information about attending our events and the use of our website and other digital platforms. Please read them carefully before buying tickets to our events or joining our website.

    2. By purchasing tickets, this signifies that you agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms and conditions.

    3. It is your responsibility to check this document from time to time to ensure you are up to date with our terms and conditions.

    4. By using or browsing our website, social media platforms or attending any of our events you agree to follow and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Section 2

  1. Although we allow children at our events. We do not recommend this show to anyone under the age of 16 as the show may not be suitable. 

  2. All under 18's must leave the venue by 7pm sharp, Meaning you shouldn't book a table after 5:30pm

  3. By purchasing tickets, you warrant that:

    • You are entering a legally binding contract.

    • You are at least 18 years of age (UNDER 18's MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT)

  4. It is your responsibility:

    • To check all personal details are correct when booking.

    • To check you are booking in for the correct date, time and venue. bookings will not be refunded, compensated, or transferred if this is incorrect.

    • To arrive at the venue on time as stated on your booking. Although we will make efforts to accommodate latecomers of 15 minutes or less, entry is not guaranteed, and you will not be refunded.

    • To comply with all venue regulations when attending the event.

  5. To provide proof of your age and identity upon arrival at the event. You must be able to show either a valid Irish driving licence, or international passport if asked. Failure to do so will result in not being served alcohol and entry to the venue unless someone over 18 is accompanying you.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove you from the premises if you:

    • Compromise the safety or yourself or others.

    • Are affecting the enjoyment of others.

    • Are affecting the running of the event. For example, if you are acting aggressively or appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/ or drugs.

    • Try to enter with your own Food & Drink

    • Are in possession of any flares, fireworks, or explosives. Are wearing a balaclava or other face coverings (Unless government mandated)

    • You are under the influence of, or in possession of, alcohol and/or illegal substances.

    • * No refunds will be given under any of these circumstances*

5. Whilst we have no specific dress code for our events, you may be refused access if you arrive wearing leisure wear; such as tracksuits and football tops.

6. Intellectual property: You agree by attending our events you are doing so on a non commercial basis and will not replicate or copy our format, slogans, or characters. You also agree not to use or copy any of our artwork, photos, videos, text, graphics, designs, structures, and all other intellectual property relating to our digital assets. Any photos or film footage is not to be used for commercial purposes. Should any of the above occur, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.

 

Section 3

  1. Please note our show includes references to sex and drugs throughout and may include nudity.

  2. In the event that you are selected to take part in the onstage activity, this is done so at your own risk.

  3. Epilepsy Warning
    A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in our shows. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these photosensitive epileptic seizures during the show due to our lighting and production. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including light headedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking, or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling or striking nearby objects, immediately stop and consult someone from our team if you experience any of these symptoms.

Section 4

  1. We endeavour to provide access to our website and booking platforms using our reasonable skill and care; however we cannot guarantee that this will be continuous and uninterrupted.

  2. We are not responsible for you failing to secure a booking.

  3. You warrant that the booking is purchased for personal use only. You may not use your tickets for any commercial or business activity unless provided with authorisation from the company.

  4. Booking deposits are non refundable.

  5. Should you wish to transfer tickets to a different date there may be an additional €5 per person admin charge.

  6. Any bookings reserved separately may not be seated together – Booking combinations may incur a €5 per person admin charge.

  7. If we can no longer perform on the date booked at Karen's Diner due to any unforeseen circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund but your ticket(s) will be valid for any rescheduled date or venue.

  8. Our management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone.

  9. By purchasing a ticket and/ or entering our events you agree to be recorded by us or agreed third parties to be used for our own promotional/ marketing materials or by approved third parties. Please send an email to contact@bemorekaren.ie if you wish to opt out.

  10. In some venues where CCTV is in operation, images are also used for the purposes of safety and security.

Section 5

Kids Meal Deal:

​

  1. Main - Basic Karen, The Royale Karen, Karen’s off her Cauli, Karen’s Turf War, Margarita Pizza (additional charges apply for all toppings), Karen’s feelin’ Tender and Karen’s Bingo wings. 

  2. Chips - Regular Fries, Additional €2 charge for Sweet Potato Fries.

  3. Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Sprite Zero, Water, Sparkling Water, Appletiser and Vitals. 

  4. Desserts - There is an additional €5 charge for any dessert.

  5. 1 listed Main, 1 Chips, 1 listed Drink and 1 Dessert per child, any additional food or drinks are full-price.

 

All other products that are not listed are full price, kids meals are for under 16’s only, proof of age may be required- passport, Google Classroom with year/class shown and school emails with the year of which the child started will be accepted. If proof of age isn’t shown when requested you can be refused the kids meal deal.

Note:

Our venue operates a Challenge 25 policy during all events. Attendees are expected to have a valid ID on them.
